- Participate in requirement discussions
- Drive the technical design discussions and come-up with solutions
- Support developers ensuring the user stories are delivered within the scrum framework
- Deliver technical solutions that can provide better quality and performance
- Strong presence, ability to clear the technical blockers and ensure sprint commitments are 100% met
- Proficient in languages and technologies such as .NET framework, .NET Core, MVC, Jquery, Java script, SQL Server, Rest APIs
- Strong background in DevOps CI/CD using azure DevOps tool.
- Excellent in communication
- Good understanding on ITIL process and extensive experience in supporting the mission critical systems.
- Building solutions for cloud (Azure preferred)
- Experience in configuring the monitoring tools like Datadog, or similar
- Willing to work in overlap hours between IST and PST time zone
