Senior .NET Full Stack Developer / Lead

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer / Lead with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies, along with hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of owning end-to-end development, and comfortable mentoring engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable .NET full-stack applications.
- Develop robust backend services using C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+ / ASP.NET Core, Web API and Microservices.
- Build responsive and modern UI applications using ReactJS / Angular, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
- Work with SQL Server, Entity Framework Core and database optimization.
- Implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Drive application architecture, design patterns, coding standards and performance optimization.
- Develop and integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Work with Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases or AI-powered applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA and DevOps teams.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure production-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support estimation, planning and technical documentation.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- .NET 6/7/8+ experience
- Strong experience in Web API, REST APIs and Microservices
- Front-end expertise in ReactJS or Angular
- Strong JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- SQL Server, Entity Framework / EF Core
- Experience with Azure services and cloud development
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns and Clean Architecture
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, Azure OpenAI or AI application integration
Good to Have:
- Azure certifications
- Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel
- RAG, embeddings and vector databases
- Docker / Kubernetes
- Azure Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with AI agents / Agentic AI
