About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack .NET Engineer to join our Pune engineering team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable, cloud-based applications end to end from robust .NET Core APIs and services to responsive Angular front-ends deployed on AWS. Beyond hands-on delivery, you will help champion the responsible adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams, raising the bar on productivity, quality, testing, documentation, onboarding, and delivery efficiency.

This role suits a senior engineer who combines deep technical craftsmanship with strong communication and a collaborative mindset, and who is eager to shape how modern, AI-augmented software is built at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end features across the stack using .NET, .NET Core, and modern front-end technologies.
• Build and integrate secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop responsive, maintainable user interfaces using Angular and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build, Deploy, and operate applications on AWS, leveraging core cloud services for compute, storage, messaging, and observability.
• Adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, onboarding, and overall delivery efficiency.
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code; contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into reliable software.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.
• Mentor peers and help onboard new team members, sharing best practices and knowledge.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 to 15 years of professional software engineering experience in Fullstack development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET and .NET Core with understanding of design patterns
• Proven experience in API development (RESTful services, microservices, integrations).
• Strong experience in Docker and Containerization
• Experience working with code quality tools (Ex.- SonarQube, Veracode),familiarity with secure code writing best practices
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills using tools like CloudWatch, Datadog.
• Solid front-end development skills with Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Practical experience building and deploying applications using AWS services.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and testing practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and applying them within team workflows.
• Excellent communication skills — able to collaborate effectively and articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Interest in and openness to adopting AI-assisted engineering tools and practices responsibly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and infrastructure-as-code.
• Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Three.js/Babylon.js, 3D graphics development, and vector mathematics for building interactive, high-performance web-based visualization applications.
