Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer (Distributed Systems) located in Gurugram (On-site). This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance, cloud-native applications using C#/.NET Core, microservices, event-driven architectures, and modern DevOps practices.

About the Role

You will work on microservices, event-driven architectures, and modern DevOps practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C#/.NET Core.
• Build and enhance microservices and distributed systems with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Develop and optimize database structures and queries using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Implement event-driven architectures and entity-based communication using Kafka.
• Integrate and optimize Redis for caching and messaging where required.
• Implement gRPC-based communication between microservices.
• Containerize and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes on Azure Cloud.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions.

Requirements

• Must have 6-10 years of demonstrated experience as a software developer.
• Strong, hands-on proficiency in C#/.NET Core and backend development.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Practical experience with Kafka for building event-driven and scalable systems.
• Experience with Redis, gRPC, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Working experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, thriving in an on-site, collaborative environment.
• Able to work independently while guiding and mentoring junior developers.
• Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.
• Knowledge about Investment banking, Trading, Asset Management system would be plus.
