Role Overview :
As a .Net Core Developer, you will be instrumental in building and scaling the robust backend systems that power our lending platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and infrastructure engineers, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. Your contributions will directly influence the efficiency of our loan processing engines and the overall reliability of the digital experience for our merchant partners, ensuring that our systems remain resilient and scalable as we expand our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop scalable server-side applications using .Net Core to support high-frequency financial transactions and data processing.
- Optimize database interactions and application performance by implementing efficient Entity Framework configurations and complex LINQ queries.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to perform code reviews and architectural discussions, ensuring the delivery of clean, maintainable, and secure code.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal microservices to streamline the loan origination and disbursement workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain high system availability and ensure a seamless experience for our end users.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using .Net Core, C#, and ASP.Net.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling and ORM frameworks, specifically Entity Framework, with the ability to write optimized LINQ queries for large datasets.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment, communicating technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, RESTful API development, and secure coding practices.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment based in Mumbai, showing high adaptability to evolving project requirements and team dynamics.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
