Conduct NDT inspections: Performing tests on materials, components, and structures.
Interpret NDT results: Analysing data and identifying potential defects or issues.
Document findings: Creating detailed reports of inspection results.
Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment: Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of testing equipment.
Quality Assurance and Improvement:
Identify and address quality issues: Using NDT to detect and analyze defects or problems.
Provide recommendations for corrective actions: Working with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve processes and products.
Contribute to the development of quality standards: Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations.
Audit NDT processes: Ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.
Train and mentor NDT technicians: Sharing knowledge and experience to build a skilled workforce.
