Hiring: National Sales Head Business Loans
Location: Mumbai / Pune
One of India's leading NBFCs is looking to hire a National Sales Head Business Loans to lead and scale its Business Loans franchise.
This is a leadership opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of driving growth in the Commercial/MSME lending space.
Key Requirements:
- 1220 years of experience in Business/Commercial/MSME Lending.
- Minimum 5 years in a National Sales Head (or equivalent Pan-India leadership) role.
- Strong experience in building and scaling Business Loan portfolios.
- Expertise in serving businesses with annual turnover up to 100150 Crores.
- Experience handling loan ticket sizes up to 1015 Crores.
- Strong leadership, distribution management and business development capabilities.
- MBA / CA or equivalent qualification.
The Opportunity:
- The selected candidate will be responsible for building and expanding the Business Loans business nationally, driving profitable growth, developing a high-performing sales organization, and working closely with Credit, Risk and Product teams to establish a best-in-class lending franchise.
