Music Educator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop engaging lesson plans for guitar classes, catering to students of varying skill levels.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with students, providing personalized feedback and guidance on technique, theory, and performance.
• Collaborate with other educators to create a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners.
• Develop assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Job Requirements :

• 1-25 years of experience as a professional guitar player or music educator.
• Strong knowledge of various styles of guitar playing (e.g., classical, rock, jazz) and ability to teach multiple genres effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for effective instruction and collaboration with colleagues.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of individual students.
