MSBI SSIS - Support Engineer (L2 Support)

We are seeking an experienced MSBI, SSIS, and Python Support Engineer to provide L2 application support for enterprise data integration and reporting platforms.

The role involves:

• Monitoring and troubleshooting SSIS jobs, Python-based applications, and ETL workflows
• Investigating and resolving data issues and production incidents
• Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive actions
• Ensuring adherence to SLA commitments
• Collaborating with business users, L3 teams, and infrastructure teams to support production environments
• Implementing minor enhancements and driving continuous service improvements
• Supporting incident, problem, and change management processes
• Monitoring production systems and maintaining operational stability
• Preparing RCA documentation and support reports
