Project Name MS Dynamics
As an MS Dynamics Architect, you will serve as a Solution Architect, providing best-fit architectural solutions for multiple projects. You will offer solution consultation, assist in defining the scope and sizing of work, and anchor Proof of Concept developments. Your role will involve supporting opportunity identification and pursuit processes while collaborating with top talent in the industry to create and implement innovative, high-quality solutions. You will lead and participate in sales and pursuits focused on our clients' business needs, all within a culture that values teamwork, collaboration, excellence, and diversity.
Qualification, Experience and Skills Key Responsibilities - Develop and deliver best-fit architectural solutions for MS Dynamics projects.
- Provide solution consulting and assist in defining project scope and sizing.
- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) developments to validate architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.
- Engage in sales pursuits and project management activities, focusing on client requirements.
- Mentor project teams, providing technical direction and thought leadership.
- Conduct systems analysis, defining technical requirements, and performing high-level design for complex solutions.
- Stay informed on market and solution trends, particularly related to Dynamics CRM and its integration with emerging technologies.
- 12-15 years in solution consulting, enterprise architecture, and architectural frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365/2016/2015.
- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, including Microsoft SQL, HTML,.NET, Power Apps, and upgrades.
- Development experience in JavaScript, plugin development, custom workflows, and custom page integration with ASP.NET.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, including complex SQL queries, SSIS package development, WCF development, Azure services, and application insights.
- Integration skills with external systems, including SharePoint and email routers, as well as a solid understanding of service scheduling processes.
- Proven track record in defining new architectures and driving independent projects from an architectural standpoint.
- Extensive experience in defining solution architectures for the MS CRM domain to address business and IT challenges.
- Ability to gather client requirements and align solutions with business strategies and goals.
- Experience in providing advanced solution advisory services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Strong client management skills, with a history of consulting with external clients on complex projects in leadership roles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong ability to organize technical teams.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and with cross-functional teams.
