Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations analyze business requirements, configure modules, and guide clients through UAT and go-live
  • Translate functional workflows into technical specifications; customize entities, forms, views, business rules, and workflows using Power Platform and D365 customization tools
  • Collaborate with developers to design integrations with Azure Functions, Power Automate, and third-party ERP/CRM systems
  • Conduct gap analysis, document process maps, and propose best-practice configurations aligned with industry standards
  • Train client stakeholders and provide post-go-live support to ensure adoption and operational continuity
  • Prepare functional specs, test cases, and migration scripts; manage release cycles and coordinate with offshore teams
