Mphasis is Hiring Desktop Support Engineer | Coimbatore

Mphasis is looking for skilled and motivated Desktop Support Engineers to join our team in Coimbatore. We are seeking professionals with strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach to end-user support.

Key Skills & Experience

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and deskside support operations.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot device provisioning and deployment.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware, operating systems, and application-related issues.
• Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft Office applications, and end-user computing devices.
• Good understanding of device lifecycle management, hardware diagnostics, and repair processes.
• Basic (L1) networking knowledge, including connectivity troubleshooting, IP configuration, cabling, and patching.
• Exposure to Active Directory, remote support tools, and ITSM processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) solutions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for end users.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and application issues.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration, and compliance using Microsoft Intune.
• Support device deployments and refresh activities through Windows Autopilot.
• Perform routine maintenance, asset management, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely incident resolution and service excellence.
