Job Description
The Motion Designer will be responsible for creating engaging highlight videos from Sharan s YouTube content. The focus will be on motion-heavy, visually engaging highlights that improve retention and storytelling.
Responsibilities:
Create highlight edits from full-length YouTube videos
Add motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual elements
Ensure consistency with the channel s visual and brand style
Collaborate with editors and the content team for timely delivery
Requirements:
Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro or equivalent tools
Strong sense of pacing, timing, and visual storytelling
Interest in YouTube content and digital media
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
