What we?re looking for:

7 -10 years of experience in motion design across brand, digital, or product work
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics, animations, and storytelling
Proven experience leading teams and mentoring designers
Strong foundation in design, typography, layout, composition, and motion principles
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders
Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D/Blender, or similar
Strong communication and feedback skills
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creative workflows
What you?ll do:
Lead and mentor a team of motion designers, ensuring high-quality output across projects
Drive creative direction and execution for motion across campaigns, brand, and digital platforms
Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and strategists to bring ideas to life
Own project planning, timelines, and delivery across multiple workstreams
