The role of CRM Automation Specialist, based in our Hyderabad office, will play a key role in client delivery for our automation and efficiency offering, supporting our US-based operations. This position involves collaborating closely with US-based teams and clients to optimize platform workflows, often across time zones with flexibility for evening or night shifts to align with Eastern Standard Time. In Hyderabad's dynamic business ecosystem - known for its thriving IT and finance sectors-this role offers exposure to global CRM and project management practices while contributing to US-centric automation strategies and client training initiatives. A successful CRM Automation Specialist will work remotely with our US-clients to uphold our core values, achieve our company purpose, and leverage our three uniques in a cross-cultural environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Architect CRM systems by designing unified board structures and scalable data hierarchies. Build foundational automations that empower the client team to manage day-to-day contact and lead entry independently.
- Design and deploy automated sales sequences and workflow triggers. Configure initial setups that enable client teams to track their own metrics and outreach success autonomously.
- Configure project management environments, including portfolio dashboards, Gantt views, and resource planners. Establish governance frameworks that allow clients to manage their own workload visibility and change requests.
- Create robust data management protocols and standardized entry requirements. Equip the client team with the tools and SOPs needed to maintain high data quality independently.
- Provide strategic consulting on platform scaling and process optimization. Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients through complex workflow challenges while fostering long-term self-sufficiency.
- Lead comprehensive training sessions and develop detailed documentation. Facilitate a smooth knowledge transfer so the client team can maintain their own workflows and onboard future staff without ongoing reliance on our support.
Key Competencies and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Strong background in SaaS platforms and workflow automation. Deep familiarity with Monday.com (Boards, Automations, Dashboards, Integrations) and low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com) is essential.
- Development & Integration: Technical understanding of API integrations and data synchronization techniques. Experience with web technologies (Node.js, JavaScript, Python) is preferred to support custom automation and complex data workflows.
- Data Management & Analysis: Proficiency in maintaining data hygiene, understanding database concepts (SQL/NoSQL), and advanced use of Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation. Ability to build dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Professional certifications in monday.com administration, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud), or AI automation are highly valued.
- Consultative Mindset: Ability to map complex business processes, gather stakeholder requirements, and translate them into efficient, scalable platform structures.
- Global Collaboration: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, cross-cultural environment. Experience collaborating with US-based clients and managing time zone differences effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English proficiency. Comfortable leading platform orientation sessions, training non-technical users, and documenting SOPs.
- Agile Approach: Highly comfortable with ambiguity and challenges; enjoys tackling "messy" operational situations and thrives in a cycle of continuous improvement and iteration.
