Monday.com consultant

We are looking for a skilled Monday.com Consultant to join our team in India, supporting US customers with general Indian shift timings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Monday.com and be able to provide excellent customer support.

Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support Monday.com solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on Monday.com products and features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Monday.com implementation.
• Develop and maintain documentation of Monday.com configurations and processes.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to the company's products and services.

• Experience working with Monday.com and its applications.
• Strong understanding of customer support principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
