Mojo Mover Executive( Packers & Movers)

We are looking for a Calling Executive with experience in the Packers and Movers industry to handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth movement services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls related to relocation and moving services.

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by explaining services, pricing, and process details.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and leads.

• Coordinate with the field and operations team for survey scheduling and move execution.

• Provide accurate information regarding packaging, transportation, and delivery timelines.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle post-move feedback.

• Report daily call logs, lead status, and conversion updates to the Manager.
