Title: Model Performance Tester
Location: Pune
Exp: 7+ Years
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in senior technical roles such as Data Science Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or similar.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI Agents.
- Proven track record of defining performance metrics, creating testing frameworks, and managing cloud-based AI deployments.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of agentic and generative AI, including the complete AI agent development lifecycle.
- Expertise in designing business and technical testing frameworks for AI systems.
- Practical experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
