Mobile Application Developer (Android/iOS)

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Mobile Application Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android.You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex ideas into fluid, responsive, and intuitive mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Build: Develop scalable, feature-rich, and high-performance cross-platform applications for Android and iOS.
• Architecture & Clean Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code adhering to industry best practices and architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX).
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate design wireframes (Figma, Adobe XD) into high-quality, responsive user interfaces with smooth animations.
• API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party libraries/SDKs to connect mobile applications with backend services.
• Native Integration: Write custom native code (Kotlin/Java for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS) when necessary using Method Channels.
• Testing & Quality: Perform unit and integration testing to ensure app stability, performance, responsiveness, and memory management.
• Deployment & CI/CD: Manage app store deployments, including compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines, release pipelines, and CI/CD setup.
• Maintenance & Debugging: Identify performance bottlenecks, fix crashes/bugs, and continuously upgrade app feature sets based on user feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• State Management: Strong understanding of Flutter state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
• API & Data Handling: Proficient in working with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, asynchronous programming, and local storage options (SQLite, Hive, Shared Preferences).
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development concepts, build configurations, and app store publishing guidelines.
• Tools & Control: Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab, push notification services (Firebase / OneSignal), and crash reporting tools (Crashlytics).
• UI Skills: Solid visual design sense with experience implementing custom widgets, animations, and responsive layouts across different screen sizes.

Nice-to-Haves / Pluses

• Experience with CI/CD automation tools for mobile (e.g., Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience integrating payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, In-App Purchases).
• Understanding of GraphQL or WebSockets for real-time app interactions.
• Live apps published on the App Store or Google Play Store that can be demonstrated.
