About the role :

We're building an AI-powered placement platform that profiles, matches and coaches blue and grey-collar workers in India, starting with industrial CNC/VMC trades.

We're looking for a Flutter developer to own our worker-facing mobile app end to end from a blank repository to a live release on the Play Store and App Store.

You will be the single owner of the app : architecture, build, integration, testing, store compliance, and post-launch stability.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. If you like shipping a real product used by thousands of non-technical users in tough field conditions, this is for you.

What you'll build :

- A chat-first Android & iOS app (single Flutter codebase) whose home is one conversational window the worker types, taps inline option chips/cards, or sends a voice note.

- Phone + OTP onboarding (no email/passwords), with returning-user and first-time-user paths.

- Offline-first behaviour : per-step autosave and resume-from-last-step on 2G/3G and patchy networks; local persistence (Hive/Sqflite).

- Matched-jobs feed, three-state application flow (Sent / Confirmed / Prepared), interview prep-kit screens, resume preview, ratings, and referral prompts.

- A clean integration layer against our backend REST APIs (NestJS), plus push notifications and crash/ANR monitoring.

- A lean, low-footprint build with large tap targets, high contrast, and accessibility for low-literacy users.

Responsibilities :

- Own the worker app architecture and codebase from scratch through deployment and iteration.

- Manage the full release cycle Play Store and App Store submission, store compliance, versioning, hotfixes.

- Integrate with backend, AI/voice, and notification services; collaborate closely with the backend and AI leads.

- Instrument analytics and crash reporting; monitor stability and ship rapid patches post-launch.

- Write maintainable, testable code and own quality for your surface.

Must-have :

- 3+ years building and shipping production Flutter apps on Android and iOS.

- Strong Dart, state management, and clean app architecture.

- Proven Play Store / App Store release and compliance experience.

- Offline-first / local-sync experience (Hive, Sqflite, or similar) and REST API integration.

- Comfort building for low-end devices and poor connectivity.

Good to have :

- Voice / audio capture and speech-to-text integration.

- Experience with apps for non-technical or low-literacy users (Hindi/regional UX).

- Push notifications, deep linking, and analytics/crash tooling (e.g., Firebase).
