ML Engineer

• We are hiring ML Engineers to experiment, architect and build AI/ML solutions that transform learning experiences at scale
• In this role, you will focus on compact, efficient models optimised for client-side, low-resource applications designing, fine-tuning and deploying lightweight LLMs and transformer-based models (DistilBERT, TinyGPT, instruction-tuned open-source models) for real-world learning applications
• You will establish AI-driven evaluation and feedback frameworks (automated benchmarking, A/B testing, human-in-the-loop), create efficient prompt and chain flows, and integrate models with client-side apps, APIs or edge devices using FastAPI, Flask or mobile deployment frameworks
• You will also mentor junior engineers and drive production-ready, well-tested code
• We are looking for expert-level Python programming, deep understanding of ML and deep learning algorithms (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, LLMs), hands-on expertise with PyTorch, TensorFlow and Hugging Face, and familiarity with ML workflow tools (MLFlow, TFX, ONNX)
• We are hiring at all levels, from engineers with 3+ years of experience to senior leadership / CTO
