ML & AI Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist who can bridge the gap between business problems and machine learning solutions. You will work across product teams to identify opportunities, build predictive models, and drive data-informed decisions. As a subject matter expert, you will help shape our analytics strategy and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Convert complex business problems into well-defined ML tasks with measurable success criteria

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models from regression and classification to deep learning and time-series forecasting

• Analyze data from multiple disparate sources, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and relevance

• Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization

• Influence product roadmaps by identifying data-driven opportunities and risks

• Stay current with ML research and evaluate new modeling techniques for business application

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and the standard ML data stack (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost)

• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets

• Familiarity with MLOps practices experiment tracking, model versioning, and CI/CD for ML

• Understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
