Mis Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS & AI Executive to support our real estate operations through data management, business reporting, and AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing MIS reports, analyzing sales and operational data, creating dashboards, and implementing AI solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and business decision-making across sales, marketing, CRM, finance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales, CRM, collections, marketing, and management.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
• Analyze sales performance, lead conversions, inventory, customer, and operational data to provide actionable insights.
• Implement AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, documentation, customer communication, and business workflows.
• Create AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, report automation, content generation, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across CRM, ERP, and business systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Management teams to understand reporting and automation requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain databases, documentation, and reporting standards while ensuring confidentiality of business information.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business operations.
