We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Analyst to manage donor data, generate reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to support fundraising and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update donor databases with high accuracy.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and database audits.
- Analyze data trends and prepare business insights.
- Process and monitor online donations.
- Develop dashboards and automated reports.
- Track KPIs and share performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams on data-related queries.
- Bachelor s Degree (B.Sc, B.E, B.Tech, or equivalent).
- 0 2 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analysis.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Reporting).
- Basic knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar dashboard tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Freshers with strong Excel and MIS knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
