MIS Analyst - Commercial

• Preparing Monthly Sales and operations Report with Growth & Performance analysis, Region wise, categories wise, Channel wise for Management review.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Planning MIS Reports along with Target Vs Achievement Reports by Channel.
• S&OP Dashboard for Inventory, Sales Performance, Production performance, Brand Performance, Top & Bottom Records Summary.
• Weekly Stock aging and DOH report
• Handling mails and daily correspondences independently
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards and automation of reporting/forecasting tools
• Visualize data using charts, graphs, and other visual representations to facilitate data interpretation and decision-making

Key Competencies

• Strong MIS and MS Excel skills, PPT Skills. Sap and Tableau experience is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a data analyst or MIS coordinator, preferably in a corporate or organisational setting
• Good Business understanding of FMCG Industry
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirement into technical solutions
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
• Detail- oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
