Job Description
Role & responsibilities -
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for operational and leadership teams.
Design automated MIS reports to track performance metrics across RCM processes such as eligibility, coding, billing, AR, and denial management.
Extract and manipulate data using basic SQL queries from internal databases and reporting systems.
Use advanced Excel functions (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, complex formulas, VBA if applicable) for data analysis and reporting.
Monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, aging reports, denial trends, and financial performance.
Translate business requirements from operations and leadership into data models and visual insights.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
Work closely with operations, leadership, and technology teams to support reporting and analytics needs.
Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement using data analysis.
Support weekly/monthly performance reviews and client reporting requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Additional/Preferable Qualification:
Experience working with RCM metrics such as AR days, denial rate, clean claim rate, productivity, and collections.
Experience working with large datasets and healthcare billing systems.
Exposure to data warehouse environments or ETL processes.
Familiarity with automation tools or scripting is a plus.
