Role & responsibilities
Middleware Admin,
Weblogic, JBOSS,Apache ,Oracle HTTP Server, IBM MQ
As Middleware-Admin needed 24*7 production support, service request and Incident management
Problem analysis, Requirement gathering, Coordination, Meetings and reporting
In-depth expertise of troubleshooting critical issue, root cause analysis
Liaising with service provider and support customer for critical issues also solve and respond to customers day to day requests
Compliance and vulnerability remediation, Maintaining patching cycle and SSL expiry
Creating technical & user documentation, POA also inventory update
