Job Description
- Design and develop complex applications within SharePoint Online using SPFx, React, TypeScript, and other modern web technologies.
- Customize and configure SharePoint Online sites to support cross-divisional needs, including Banking, Insurance, and Healthcare projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into scalable SharePoint-based solutions.
- Build and optimize Document Management Systems with enhanced metadata and taxonomy structures for efficient content organization.
- Implement document classification, automated tagging, and retrieval functionalities using Microsoft Syntex, Power Automate, and AI Builder.
- Develop complex workflows and automation processes in Power Automate, especially for approvals, notifications, and task assignments.
- Integrate SharePoint with other M365 applications like Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive, ensuring seamless content accessibility and collaboration.
- Apply robust security policies to safeguard sensitive data, implementing user access permissions, Azure AD integration, and compliance workflows.
- Ensure that all solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, especially for BFSI and Healthcare projects, in alignment with RBI and IRDA norms.
- Leverage Microsoft Syntex and AI Builder to implement intelligent document processing, classification, and metadata extraction functionalities.
- Experiment with machine learning models for customized solutions that align with BFSI and Healthcare document handling needs.
- Conduct rigorous testing for all custom developments, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Document technical specifications, development steps, and user manuals, assisting in user training and technical support post-deployment.
- Stay updated with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online advancements, suggesting improvements to enhance the user experience and solution efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve deployed solutions, contributing to iTCart s long-term success.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience : 5-8 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies.
- Strong experience in building and managing SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft Syntex for document processing.
- Understanding of Azure AD, data security practices, and Microsoft Graph API integration.
Primary Skills:
- Development Expertise : Advanced skills in SPFx, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online configurations, with a strong focus on document management and workflow automation.
