Microbiologist- Quality Control

We are looking for a highly skilled Microbiologist to join our Quality Control team at Wockhardt Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and quality control, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Conduct microbial testing and analysis to ensure product quality and safety.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent contamination and defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate records of test results, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on laboratory equipment and facilities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in microbiology, preferably in a quality control setting.
• Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques, including bacterial endotoxin test and sterility testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information.
• Familiarity with quality control software and systems, such as laboratory information systems (LIS).
