MICE - Contracting & Operations Professional

Eligibility

• Bachelor s Degree preferably in travel studies and/or Diploma/equivalent in travel and tourism
• 2 - 6 years of experience in a similar profile
• Good negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and excel skills

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with hotels, venues, and other service providers for MICE events
• Finalize contracts and secure the best rates, terms, and inclusions for domestic and international events
• Maintain detailed documentation and records of contracts, negotiations, and service agreements
• Stay updated on market trends, seasonal pricing, and emerging destinations
• Prepare accurate costing sheets and maintain contract documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent service delivery and support
