MERN Stack Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to effectively mentor and guide learners, fostering their growth in MERN stack development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging classroom and online training sessions on MERN Stack technologies.
• Prepare comprehensive training materials, assignments, and real-time project scenarios.
• Provide hands-on guidance to trainees, addressing technical queries and challenges.
• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in MERN stack development.
• Assess trainee performance, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain training curriculum and course materials.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Trainer specializing in the MERN Stack.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners of varying skill levels.
• Experience with Manual and Automation Testing is a plus.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills.
