Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers working on MERN stack projects Design and implement full-stack web applications with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering standards. Optimize front-end and back-end performance for scalability and reliability. Manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
Stay up to date with the latest in JavaScript, Next.js , NestJS , and React concepts .
Document technical workflows and support knowledge sharing across the development team.
4+ years of experience in MERN stack development , including at least 1 years in a team leadership role .
Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB . Redux, Webpack, REST APIs front-end optimization Proven experience with full-stack development , architecture design, and performance tuning. Familiarity with agile methodologies, Git version control, and cloud-based development. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Soft Skills Proficiency in English Self-reliant and quick learner
