Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
- Build responsive UI using React.js and modern frontend tools
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js & Express.js
- Work with MongoDB for database design and optimization
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product)
- Troubleshoot and debug issues
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js
- Experience with MongoDB / NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind
- Good problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with Redux / Next.js
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
- Agile/Scrum experience
