Job Description
We are looking for a **Senior Software Engineer** with **46 years of experience** in building scalable web applications using the **MERN stack**. The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on system design experience, and a passion for building high-quality products.
### Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
* Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
* Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures.
* Write clean, testable, and high-performance code following engineering best practices.
* Review code, mentor team members, and drive engineering excellence.
* Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases.
* Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. ### Required Skills
* 46 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
* Excellent understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and microservices architecture.
* Experience with MongoDB and relational databases.
* Strong knowledge of system design, design patterns, scalability, caching, and distributed systems.
* Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker.
* Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
### Good to Have
* Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, or AI agent frameworks.
* Experience with vector databases, prompt engineering, or AI-powered applications.
