Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MongoDB, MSSQL, Express.js, React, and Node.js, and be proficient in building, designing, and maintaining web applications. You will be responsible for developing user-facing applications using React and integrating them with backend services built on Node.js and / or Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Develop dynamic user interfaces using React.js, Redux, and other modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Backend Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Express.js., Python.
• Database Management: Design, develop, and manage databases using MSSQL.
• Architectural Knowledge: Knowledge of design patterns, microservices, and serverless architectures. Experience in distributed systems and caching mechanisms.
• Integration: Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to integrate APIs and services.
• Testing & Debugging: Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Deployment: Deploy applications using cloud services like AWS, Azure, or containerization tools like Docker.
• Agile Development: Work in an agile environment, participating in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and shared knowledge.
• Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development using MERN Stack (MSSQL, MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and the ability to design scalable systems.
• Familiarity with front-end development using frameworks like React.js and state management tools like Redux.
• Experience with SQL databases like MSSQL and good knowledge of query optimization.
• Understanding of server-side rendering and React Hooks.
• Experience with Version Control Systems like Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices (clean code, testing, versioning).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of GraphQL or other API query languages.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
