Mern Stack Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in Backend Development and good exposure to Frontend Development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable applications, REST APIs, backend architecture, and database management while also contributing to frontend development using React.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Work extensively with MongoDB for database design, schema optimization, and performance tuning.
• Ensure application security, authentication, and authorization using JWT/OAuth.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and contribute to React.js-based UI development.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Follow best coding practices, version control, and deployment processes.

Required Skills

Backend :

• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and Express.js
• Expertise in MongoDB and database optimization
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, API integrations, and backend architecture
• Experience with Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth)
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture
• Good understanding of System Design & Performance Optimization

Frontend :

• Hands-on experience with React.js
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
• Experience in API integration and UI component development

Good to Have

• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
