Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Redux, and SQL/NoSQL databases, AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, etc with a passion for building scalable, high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React.js and manage application state using Redux
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
  • Work with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, etc
  • Collaborate closely with client, product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver robust and scalable solutions
  • Able to communicate well with client and teams
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Optimize front-end and back-end components for maximum performance and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of development processes
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Redux, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Solid experience working with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools and workflows
  • Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows
  • Good Communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.
