Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Stack Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
  • Build reusable, responsive UI components in React and ensure consistent UX across browsers and devices.
  • Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs in Node.js/Express and integrate them with front-end workflows.
  • Model and manage data using MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Quality, Performance Collaboration
  • Write clean, testable code; participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and improve reliability and observability.
  • Collaborate with product/design/QA to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver features on time.
  • Maintain documentation for APIs, components, and key technical decisions to support team alignment.
  • AI-Enabled Feature Delivery
  • Contribute to AI-driven enhancements (e.g., intelligent recommendations, summarization, or automation) aligned with product needs.
  • Integrate AI services or APIs into existing workflows while ensuring data privacy and responsible usage.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: 35 years of hands-on experience building web applications using the MERN stack. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express.js. Solid experience with MongoDB, including data modeling and performance-aware querying. Understanding of authentication/authorization patterns (e.g., JWT, session-based auth) and secure API design. Experience working with Git-based version control and collaborative development practices. Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA (or equivalent practical experience).
