MERN Stack Developer (3-6 yrs)

Job Location: Mumbai (Vile Parle West)

Role Summary:

MERN Stack Developer responsible for design and development of robust web applications while using AI tools to double their daily output. At this career stage, you are not just a coder.

You are an AI-augmented software engineer who uses tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, and Claude to bypass repetitive coding, accelerate debugging, and focus on high-level system architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end web solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js to meet evolving business requirements.

- Optimize application performance and database queries to ensure high availability and low latency for end-users.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate technical specifications into functional, user-centric features.

- Maintain code quality and security standards by conducting thorough code reviews and implementing best practices in software development.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain a seamless operational environment.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of hands-on exp in MERN Stack Development.

- Deep experience with MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS.

- Good experience in building RESTful/GraphQL APIs.

- Should have good exp / knowledge of using any AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, etc.

- Good communication skill.
