Job Description
- Have basic knowledge and sound interpretation skill of regulations contained in SEBI ICDR Regulations and should be well versed with its latest amendments from SEBI covering the capital markets.
- Are able to work independently as well as part of team on the assignments like Main Board IPO, SME IPO, Open Offer, Delisting, Rights Issue, Buyback, Fairness Opinion, ESOP Certification,
- Have knowledge of Companies Act 2013 & SEBI Regulations and have a strong interpretation skills for the acts rules contained in it.
- Are good in drafting of documents and applications
- Will be able to prepare presentations for clients (PPT and Word) and working knowledge of Excel
- Are good in doing research of various documents filed with SEBI, BSE and NSE
- Are fluent in client interaction in English & Hindi.
