We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor who will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution, coordination, and management of MEP installations in various projects
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with hands-on experience in supervising and coordinating on-site activities

Responsibilities:

1) Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, including fire safety systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations.

2) Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.

3) Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work, safety compliance, and adherence to engineering standards.

4) Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, addressing any challenges or discrepancies that may arise during the construction phase.

5) Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate interpretation of technical drawings and specifications.

6) Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, reports, and quality control records.

7) Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelors degree (B.Tech) or Diploma in Engineering or ITI certification in relevant disciplines.

2) Minimum of 1 year of experience for B.Tech graduates, 2-4 years of experience for Diploma/B.Tech candidates, or 5 years or more for ITI passouts.

3) Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, fire safety systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations.

4) Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.

6) Demonstrated leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.

As per project requirements across India. The candidate must be open to relocation based on project locations.
