Job Description
The MEP & Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance, operations, and renovation projects across the school campus. This role ensures that all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and civil infrastructure are functioning.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Technical Maintenance (MEP)
- Electrical Systems: Oversee operations, routine maintenance, and safety of LT/HT panels, transformers, and Diesel Generators (DG).
- HVAC & Plumbing: Ensure timely servicing of all air conditioning (A/C) units and maintain uninterrupted water supply and plumbing systems.
- Life Safety: Guarantee that the fire-fighting system and equipment are 100% operational, compliant, and regularly tested.
- Energy Conservation: Implement strategies to optimize power/water consumption and reduce wastage across the campus.
2. Civil, Painting & Renovations
- Project Supervision: Act as the on-site supervisor for all school renovation projects, ensuring work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
- Civil & Aesthetics: Coordinate routine civil repairs, masonry, carpentry, and regular painting work to maintain a pristine campus environment.
- Vendor Management: Supervise external contractors and technicians during specialized repair or renovation work.
3. Daily Administration & Compliance
- Checklists & Logs: Maintain and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists for all critical machinery and facilities.
- Reporting: Keep accurate logs of energy metrics, fuel consumption (DG sets), and repair histories. Report directly to the Admin Manager on a daily basis.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical certifications).
- Experience: 35 years of experience in facilities management or MEP supervision (experience in schools, hospitals, or commercial complexes is a major plus).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, and central/split A/C systems.
- Soft Skills: Sharp troubleshooting skills, strong supervisory capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced school environment without disrupting student activities.
