Job Description
An Mep Supervisor for an interior-site oversees mechanical, electrical & plumbing installations, coordinates daily site activities & and ensures quality and safety standards are met.

Role & responsibilities :
- Installation & oversight :- Supervise day to day setup of hvac, lighting, power, distribution, fire protection & plumbing systems
- Drawing compliance :- Verify that all layout and rough-in work strictly follows, approvedd achitectural and services drawings.
- Subcontractor coordination :- manage on site technicians and coordinate work schdules with interior fit-out teams to prevent delays.
- Quality & testing :- Conduct routine checks and support testing and commissioning of installed utilities.
- Safety enforement :- Maintain strict site safety rules & proper housekeeping.
- Required skills and qualifcations :- Understanding of interior fit-out process and mep building codes
- Reading plans :- Ability to interpret cad and shop drawings.
- Problem -solving :- Quick resolution of site coording clashes (such as ceiling height or pipe routing issues).
