MEP Quantity Surveyor

Abhee Ventures is looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor with years of experience, preferably from a reputed real estate builder group. We are seeking candidates who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quantity take-offs for MEP works
• Manage project costing, budgeting, and cost control
• Evaluate contractor bills, variations, and final accounts
• Conduct rate analysis and cost estimation for MEP services
• Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure cost efficiency
• Handle tendering, contract administration, and vendor negotiations

Requirements

• Experience in MEP Quantity Surveying
• Prior experience with a real estate developer/builder group is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting)
• Proficiency in quantity surveying tools and MS Excel
• Good understanding of contracts and commercial aspects
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
