Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects from conceptualization to completion.
  
• Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality workmanship.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and manage all MEP works design coordination, execution, supervision, and quality control.
• Coordinate independently with MEP consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMC), Architects,and Site Engineers.
• Review and validate MEP drawings, BOQs, design reports, and technical submissions.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, standards, and statutory regulations.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems including Electrical, Plumbing,Firefighting, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure timely completion of MEP works within cost and quality parameters.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance and smooth coordination.
• Ensure implementation of safety, environmental, and quality standards at site.
  
• Skills: CAD Drawing, Communication, Teamwork, Quality control, System analysis and evaluation, Administration and management, Computers and Electronics, Building codes and standards, Wide exposure in technical supervision of highly skilled specialized groups and trade personnel: General administration with control and discipline
