MEP Manger : Mivan Experience

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for residential and commercial building projects in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Mivan (aluminium formwork) construction and be capable of coordinating MEP services with structural and architectural teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute MEP works at the project site.
• Coordinate MEP services with Mivan construction before slab casting.
• Review MEP drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Monitor quality, safety, progress, and timely completion of MEP activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1215 years of MEP execution experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Mandatory experience in Mivan construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM/Revit knowledge is an added advantage.
