MEP Manager

We are looking for a skilled MEP Manager to join our team at Venwiz, with a strong background in managing and executing projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and execute projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
