Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst will support Electrical design reviews for remodel and reinvestment projects, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and prototype standards. The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams, tracking design review comments, maintaining project documentation, and supporting drawing reviews.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical design packages for reinvestment projects to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Mechanical, and Plumbing disciplines to ensure seamless multidisciplinary design integration.
• Verify that designs comply with established brand guidelines, prototype standards, and applicable engineering requirements.
• Track, manage, and follow up on design review comments, change requests, and project action items.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, design records, trackers, and related project files.
• Assist in preparing project presentations, reports, dashboards, and status updates for internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design review processes and documentation practices.
• Support CAD and Revit markups, drawing reviews, and documentation updates as required.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of project deliverables.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering design, project coordination, or design review.
• Experience in commercial, retail, or building projects will be an advantage.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of norms and codes (NEC, NEMA, etc.).
• Understanding of electrical building systems and engineering principles.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary coordination involving Architecture, Mechanical, and Plumbing teams.
• Ability to track multiple projects, review comments, and change requests simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for markups and drawing reviews.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting retail or commercial building projects.
• Familiarity with prototype-driven design standards and brand compliance processes.
• Exposure to project management tools and document control systems.
• Knowledge of design review workflows and construction documentation.
