Job Description
- Must be empathic to listen to the concerns of the beneficiaries & be able to provide solutions/ advise to them.
- Reaching out to the trained population of students/ ladies etc., understanding their major concerns at job or finding a job and counselling them for a better working conditions or the ways to find jobs. Making testimonials and strategies to do the mentoring of the beneficiaries.
- Reaching out to the beneficiaries every quarter Being empathetic and able to listen and make conversations, advise the beneficiaries Co-ordinate with teams to get data and update in the master data
- Maintaining & tracking data sheets, records and recording for all the mentoring activities, calls.
- Tele calling experience will also work.
- Good communication
- Can dial 100 calls per day
