Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Shift: Rotational (UK, US & Australian Shifts)
Weekly Offs: 2 days Rotational Off
Job Description: We are hiring dynamic, customer-focused candidates for the International Voice/Chat/Blended Process. The role involves handling customer interactions for UK, US and Australian clients via voice, chat and blended ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats for international customers (UK,US & Australian process)
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide accurate solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service with a professional approach
- Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate (UG) / Graduate
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply
- Candidates with 6 months and onwards of international voice/chat experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
- UG/Graduate Fresher: 2.8 to 4.5 LPA (18,000 to 32,000/-)+ incentives (Unlimited Incentives Available for Selected Processes)
- Experienced Candidates: 4 to 7.38 LPA (upto 50,000/-)+ incentives (Unlimited Incentives Available for Selected Processes)
